Premium Game Showcase

Recent premium casino games I art-directed across licensed and original IP.

Premium games bring together art, animation, VFX, UI, cabinet hardware and signage into one cohesive visual experience. These three recent projects span licensed and original IP, each guided from concept and development through premium product presentation.

Global Cabinet Debut
D55 – Dynamite Pop Diamond

Taking a proven hit deeper, bigger, and across premium cabinet platforms.

Dynamite Pop! Diamond evolved an established Everi game family into a more ambitious premium experience, preserving the energy and recognizable mechanics of the original while expanding it with a deeper Diamond Bonus, and a move to the Unity engine – enabling us to use 3D assets & environments, and substantially expanded VFX.

At the same time, the game was art-directed as a coordinated multi-platform effort across Dynasty 55, Dynasty Sol Sync, and Dynasty Sol, each with different scale, signage, and presentation needs.

Art Direction Focus

  • Evolve Dynamite Pop’s established visual identity without losing what made the original successful
  • Direct a cohesive experience across three cabinet configurations
  • Give the nested Diamond Bonus a strong sense of depth, progression, and escalating spectacle
  • Push the premium experience with real-time 3D, rich diamond treatment, bolder animations, and expanded VFX.
  • Maintain a consistent creative target amid broad production & team changes
  • Partner with Technical Art and Engineering to turn ambitious visual ideas into working Unity solutions

Bringing an iconic license into a cinematic premium slot experience.

Battleship presented a fun art-direction challenge: preserve the instantly recognizable identity of the classic Hasbro game while expanding it into a larger, more dramatic entertainment experience.

Art Direction Focus

  • Translate familiar Battleship iconography into a premium casino presentation
  • Create one cohesive experience across multiple screens and 12+ feet of vertical display
  • Balance seated-player readability with attraction from across the casino floor
  • Deliver cinematic bonus spectacle without sacrificing clear game information

Designing a dual-theme premium experience with an established hit brand across 3 cabinet platforms.

Money Bomb pairs two parallel visual identities, Hot Stuff and Freezy, around cash-on-reels bombs, upgrading frames, and an escalating wheel feature. The game was art-directed across Dynasty 55, Dynasty Sol Sync, and Dynasty Sol, with the visual system adapting to different screen layouts while preserving the same core character, feature, and premium presentation.

Art Direction Focus

  • Build two parallel premium themes with distinct Hot Stuff / Freezy personalities
  • Adapt the experience across Dynasty 55, Sol Sync, and Sol
  • Balance bomb values, upgrading frames, character-triggered interactions, and wheel progression without sacrificing readability
  • Create dynamic character animation capable of targeting bombs anywhere on the reels
  • Preserve strong artwork and animation through the project’s evolution from Cash Boom to Money Bomb

These games were team efforts, built in close collaboration with talented artists, animators, technical artists, game designers, engineers, producers, and studio leadership. My role was to provide art direction, help align the visual vision across disciplines, and support the teams in bringing each game to its strongest final form.
